At Fragra Floret, we always strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return perfumes according to the following conditions:

1. Return and Exchange Period:<\/strong>
\u00a0 \u00a0– Perfumes can be returned within 3 days or exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase.

2. Conditions for Return and Exchange:<\/strong>
\u00a0 \u00a0– The product must be in its original condition and unopened.
\u00a0 \u00a0– The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories and labels.
\u00a0 \u00a0– A purchase receipt or proof of payment must be provided.

3. Non-returnable or Non-exchangeable Products:<\/strong>
\u00a0 \u00a0– Perfumes that have been opened boxes or bottles used.
\u00a0 \u00a0– Oud wood and oud oil cannot be returned.
\u00a0 \u00a0– Partially used gift bags or combo packs cannot be returned.
\u00a0 \u00a0– Partially used products can only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect.
\u00a0 \u00a0– Exchanges will be for the same product in case of a manufacturing defect. It is not possible to exchange the product for another product; only returns and placing a new order for the desired product are allowed.
